Is there currently a mobile app that I can use to receive messages through xmtp?
I would like to have a contact form on my webpage which delivers the messages through xmtp. Then I’d like to view these messages and get notifications for new ones on my phone through a mobile app.
So I was wondering if there is already a chat app that supports xmtp or maybe a mobile wallet app with chat functionality?
Yes this is possible.
I’m doing this right now with the convos beta mobile app and my dstealth.xyz miniapp - users can send me a message straight to my convos inboxID.
Suppose you could also do this with the new coinbase wallet TBA beta.
Last option would be to use xmtp.chat on your phone - (but better to use a full mobile app for full DB encryption)

I can’t find anything about convos app honestly… Just converse.xyz, but the url is broken.
Is that a pointer that convos is not being developed anymore?

Hey I’m sorry but Convos was on a limited beta and it actually has expired for me - so i will be updating my code to send xmtp messages to the (the base aopp) TBA mobile app which has the xmtp inboxID tied to the coinbase Smart Wallet.
But keep an eye out for news about the next version of convos - probably on either xmtp or ephemeraHQ twitters/farcasters accounts
